The keyboard use to work and I just reinstalled Vista and now the keyboard wont recognize Ableton or Reason or any other sequencer. I have the drivers from M-Audio. Any other suggestions? Thanks

I lost the CD for my Cakewalk Music Creator 4 program that I bought. I have the serial number and registration code for installation but can not download the program without the CD. Does anybody know where I can download the software so I can install the program with my serial number? I found lots of websites to purchase this program but I have already purchased it at a store. Please help!!
