Cubse itself is for any type of music you can imagine. You can create purely electronic productions in cubase alone, or record instruments and/or vocals to create anything you want.
No version of cubase is designed soley for one style of music (although this tutorial obviously focuses on electronic dance music).

awesome tutorial thanks..
What would be the quickest way to extend say, the kick bass or any other sound without having to draw the notes in individually or play them for ex. 3 mins straight?? also without using loop function?
thanks

can you use the sonicadademy samples in fl?
January 21st, 2010 at 3:04 pm
I think FL Studio is great for putting ideas together, and creating a rough song. But there are more powerful DAW’s when it comes to performing and mixing / mastering.

FL studio is better in my opinion..peace out

EQ may fix alot of it, but still the sound is horrible IMO. For recording audio FL studio is HORRIBLE, it have approved over the 2-3 last versions, but still not even compairable with i.e. Cubase. by linking FL with reason, do you mean like rewired or something dont remeber it excatly but there is some function of collaborating Cubase and FL studio aswell.
Pardon my horrible english, i may have been alittle rude on the last post, not intended:)

OK, b4 I was rudely disturbed my Mr. Tit F.U.
lol…has anyone had any problems recording or dubbing voices on top of tracks. For example, I recorded a guitar track and I want to layer my vocals on top of that, while listening to what was played prior!!
